Go with an Arctic Cooling HSF- Freezer64 pro-less expensive and very quiet-read the reviews -over 900 people give it a 5 egg rating

What is the main use of the PC??

and you can do a lot better, you can get some better hardware, they are OK, but you can get the better stuff!

Since you are getting heatsink you may one to get Q6600 OEM instead of the retail one as it cost $10 cheaper
