New Computer

I am new to the forum I am looking for a new desktop computer. I will be using it for internet and little bit of photo and video editing. I would like to spend 500-900 dollars on a desktop. What do I want to look at when looking at computers?

What all components do you need.
Do you need a Monitor, OS, HDD, Keyboard/Mice?
For your utility I would suggest getting a Nice processor, like the AMD Phenom II x6 or the Intel Core i7 2600k.
Or you can wait for Bulldozer which is the new architecture by AMD is to be released soon.

also building is much more cost effective than buying, check the tutorial stuck at the top of this section, it shows everything and isn't hard to do at all.

I need a whole new tower, No monitor, mice, or keyboard.

I was just looking at buying one already built I don't have the time to build one.

then prob look at these, can config how you want and will get a better deal than almost any prebuilt.

I agree with jonnyp11, cyberpowerpc has some excellent deals. I had a computer built by them about 6 or 7 years ago and it worked great!
