New Computer

I am looking in to getting a new computer so i can finally play some of the new pc games. I have a $1000 budget for the pc only I already have a monitor. I would like help picking out a decent pc. I went to Compaq.com and built a computer just to see what I could get but I am not sure how good it is.
Here are the stats:
Intel Pentium 4 3.06ghz Processor
1gb ram
250gb 7200rpm Hard Drive
256mb ati radeon x1300 pro graphics card

if I left anything out let me know


I would like to plays games like call of duty 2, battlefield 2, and far cry
 
Have you ever heard of cyberpowerpc.com? They seem to have some decent computers but I have never heard of them and dont know how trustworthy they are. Thanks for the help so far.
 
One last question and then I will leave you guys alone. How does this setup look?

Thats more like it:) , btw you might want to get 512 or 1gb more ram, some games like BF2/FEAR/Oblivion, and probably lots of others need more than 1gb:)

but if you just could increase your budget a little bit and get the 3800+ it's dual core !
