Looks fine. I'd suggest getting 667 RAM rather than 800, and maybe looking into a dual core processor

drop the 7950 to a 7900GS and use the 100 bucks for a dual core etc.

EDIT: woah i just saw that mobo, very good, i have it (as you can tell from my sig) and you can get a 25% super stable OC. look at my sig and those parts work great together. i would go the Intel route though, however it depends

The GT is better but also more expensive. You'll get a more balanced system with a GS and dual core CPU.

I think he had it right, OC the cpu a bit and get the better GPU, I think you will be happy.
