New Core i7 Build

Just finished my first system build. Tried to boot up for the first time, but got no display on my monitor. The ASUS P6T Motherboard Power and reset buttons are lit on the MOBO itself, so I know it's getting power. All fans are functioning properly (including Graphics card, Radeon HD 4850). Does anyone have any ideas where I can begin to troubleshoot. Any help greatly appreciated.

Have gone into the bios or installed the os?

I can't get a display on my monitor. I put the MOBO Driver CD in the optical Drive, and re-booted still no display. It should boot directly to the BIOS without a CD anyway... correct? No display, no audio, no HDD LED. Chassis Front Panel connections seem right, (IDE LED+/- is the same as HDD LED correct?)

Had the RAM in the wrong DIMM slots. As soon as I moved them over, everything worked fine.

Strange, the RAM should still work, even in single-channel mode...
