New CPU w. Faster Front Side Bus?

Is it possible for me to buy a new cpu for my mobo that has a faster FSB speed than my current? I currently have an AMD Athlon XP 2400+ and wanted to switch it up with a faster processor but my mobo's manual says that it:" Supports AMD Athlon XP, Athlon and Duron CPU with FSB up to 333MHz."

So im assuming that means i cant buy a processor that has a processor with a FSB greater than 333MHz?, Right? Or, is there any way to replace the FSB on my mobo with a faster one, or am i just stuck with the option of buying a new motherboard as well as a cpu? :confused:

as long as its the same socket, you can get a new processor but the fsb will be the bottleneck. k8's no longer have front side bus so get one of those :)

If you want a faster FSB so you dont bottleneck the CPU then you have to get a new mobo.
