New CPU?

Hello Guys I'm looking to improove my pc but dont know alot about my computer and what will work im relying on you guys to help me out pleaseeee

Current :
motherboard : ASUS M2N8-VMX
CPU Speed : 1.91 GHz
Ram : 3.0 GB
OS : Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition (build 7600), 32-bit
Video Card : GeForce 8400 GS

I dont have a good pc as you can see but at the moment all i want to improve is the CPU if you could suggest something which will work in my pc

Price Range For Now : £0-£100 (If cheap would be happy im not rich just want to improve my pc from what it is)

You have mobo with AMD socket, therefore you can't use Intel CPU.

His motherboard probably not support TDP 125W...

8400GS is low end graphic card.
I recommend you upgrade the video card as well
