New Desktop time... advice?

Hi,

When Windows 8 comes out i think its about time i upgraded my PC.

Currently, the only component i'm bothered about keeping is my GPU (560 gtx), plus i'm going to get another one and SLI them.

So - i'm scrapping everything else, i've got a budget of £400 ($627). Obviously need a decent PSU and Case, but what about RAM / Motherboard / CPU, what do you recommend that's within my budget?

What computer do you have now?

And win8 uses less resources than win7, so you may not need to upgrade, unless you really need to.
 
I actually really like Windows 8 :)

Currently i've got -

Asus Crosshair Formula III
Corsair Dominator 4GB
Corsair 650W Modular PSU
AMD Phenom II x4 @3.4ghz
Gigabyte 560 GTX 1GB

Really, all i want to do is max out Battlefield 3 and future proof myself for the next couple of years.
