new egg open box?

Have any on you ever bought anything open box from new egg? I was looking today and they have a gtx 570 for the same price as a 560ti but the 570 is open box. Would saving almost $100 on the card be worth the risk of buying open box or is there any risk at all.

Open box just means that you will get the product, just that you might not get all the accessories that come with it like the sli bridge or pci power connector, dvi to vga connector.

oh ok, and i assue that new egg or the local electronic store ( Bestbuy ) has thoes cables for cheep?
