new fan

At the moment the only case fan i have is in the front. I was wondering if this fan would be good to put at the back of the case?

Would it help cool my CPU and is that fan quiet? Also what way would i face it?

Well it wont hurt put it that way, but the only way to know for sure is to record the temps before and then when installed, but i really wouldnt bother if the temps are fine,
normally when you look at the fan there will be one side that has the cables attached,this is the exhaust side, so
if fitting fan at back of case they go against the case
if fitting fan at front of case they dont
