New first build and a small problem

This is my first build, the problem I have is when I turn on the computer I have to hit the reset button in order to boot. I have windows 7 loaded on a 40gb ssd hard drive. The problem did not happen until I added another harddrive, in the bios I did turn that one off. Also reloaded software and no change, once the computer is on and you do a restart it will do that just fine. I hope this is enough info. Thank you.
 
The boot order 40gb hard drive first and the dvd drive second turned the 2nd hd off in the bios. Do you leave your computers on all the time? I have always turned mine off.
 
Hard drive first dvd second and turned the one off I just put in. I usually turn my computers off when not in use. Might just leave this one on.
 
check if the pins on the mobo are backwards. if not then why not try putting the power pins in the boot and boot in the power?
 
Well installed windows cd and went to repair your computer and it shows windows 7 but in drive f not c were it is, so will read up on fixing the MBR and try that.
