New Gaming Build (Mid range Price)

No reason, just looking for nice reviews and a board that won't die on me. Is there a motherboard you'd suggest for DDR3 memory since I want to keep costs down. One that will work with the skyline CPU?
Skylake uses DDR4 natively. The cost difference between DDR4 and DDR3 is minimal, plus you could reuse it in a future build.

Okay, about at the final build before I order.

I think it's a solid build, but what do I know, lol. Lost out on some black friday deals...

The Blackhawk is actually a pretty good case. I was impressed with it when I built my brother's machine.

Actually just checked your list, and I've used that Sniper case before too :P. Blackhawk is definitely a better case.

Rest looks good, although I'd go for a 6700K if you can find one. Might as well have the overclockability for a tad more.

Thanks for the advice, all. I ended up building it with those final specs. All the parts worked on arrival and it powered on the first try. I can see the sniper case does come with a lot less than my blackhawk did in terms of airflow, but it wasn't too bad. Did a 3d mark benchmark, it got a decent score. Not sure how accurate that even still is, though.
