New Gaming Build - Questions

Okay so I have been planning to buy a pre-built gaming PC off of NCIX.com. Before you spam me about how I could get it cheaper by buying the parts and building my own, I know and I really don't care. I need your suggestion on what I have picked out right now as I have a few concerns...

Here is what I have so far:

1 x D-LINK DWA-552 Xtreme N Desktop Adapter 802.11B/G/N Triple Antenna PCI Adapter
1 x Please Use The Onboard Sound Card Integrated On My Motherboard
1 x LG GH24NS90 24X SATA Internal DVD Writer Burner DVDRW M-DISC Compatible Optical Drive Black OEM
1 x Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB SATA 6GB/S 7200RPM 64MB Cache 3.5IN Hard Drive OEM
1 x Microsoft Windows 8 64Bit Full Version English OEM
1 x Logisys ML12BL 12IN 18 Blue LED in Acrylic Tube 4PINS Molex Connector 12V DC No Inverter Needed
1 x Seasonic M12II 750W EPS12V 20/24PIN ATX Power Supply PFC 80+ Bronze Modular 8PIN PCI-E 120MM Fan
1 x Antec Nine Hundred Mid Tower Gamer Case 900 ATX 9 Drive Bay No PS TOP USB2.0 1394 Audio
1 x MSI GeForce GTX 660 Ti Power ED 1019MHZ 2GB 6.0GHZ GDDR5 2xDVI HDMI Display Port PCI-E Video Card
1 x Kingston KHX1600C9D3B1K2/8GX 8GB Kit 2X4GB 1600MHz DDR3 240PIN DIMM Unbuff Hmp HyperX CL9
1 x MSI Z77A-G43 ATX LGA1155 Z77 DDR3 2PCI-E16 1PCI-E1 3PCI SATA3 DVI HDMI VGA DX11 USB3.0 Motherboard
1 x Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro REV.2 CPU Heatsink Cooler LGA1366 LGA1155 LGA1156 AM2 AM3 W/ 92MM Fan
1 x Intel Core i5 3470 Quad Core Processor LGA1155 3.2GHZ Ivy Bridge 6MB Retail

Here are my concerns and questions:
Is the GPU too powerful for this CPU? Should I upgrade the CPU to something more powerful like 3570k?
I didn't buy any extra fans with the system, do you think it will be okay for cooling? Apparently the case has a big fan on top of it. (I don't plan on overclocking this anytime soon)
Is the power supply large enough if I ever want to upgrade this in the future?
Did I pick a decent Wifi card? There was so many of them and I ended up picking that one.
If you have any other tips or suggestions on things to change, let me know.

EDIT: I also plan to add on an SSD later down the road.

Thanks!

Pretty nice build.
You don't need a that powerful psu, change it to a 600-650watt from OCZ, XFX or Corsair. Even 500 would be enough, but for a bit headroom I'd say 600W.
Take also the i5 3570K, it's a great cpu, and a great overclocker. Everyone with an ok cooler could reach at least 4.2ghz without damaging anything or reducing life span.
The motherboard is a good budget board, but I'd recommend this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128546
If you're planning to get an SSD, I would recommend this kingston: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820239045
or a samsung: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147188
Both cpu's will run the gpu without bottleneck.
Cpu cooling is ok, case airflow is good too.
I you're looking to spare some money, the gtx660(non-ti) and the hd7870 GHZ edition are also pretty good. (I prefer the hd7870 GHZ edition)
Wifi card should be good.

Rest looks fine.

I can't seem to find that motherboard on the site I am using unfortunately. I will probably buy one of those 2 SSD's later down the road if I decide that I need them. I updated the specs a bit and this is what I came up with, this should be my final revision unless you have any suggestions on if I should change something. Managed to find a bit of discount deals so this just squeezes into my budget (about 30$ under max price)

What do you think of it? Not a lot changed but it is slightly different.

Antec 900 sucks. Go for something newer and with better cable management. Corsair Carbide 300R or Fractal Design Define R3/R4 or something.

What makes the Antec 900 suck? It seems like a pretty popular case

It's old and has no cable management features. I think it's 5 or 6 years old now. :/
