new gaming computer build

Im looking to build a new gaming computer out of my old one i want to replace all of the parts inside but keep the same case it has an msi motherboared and i would like to get some recomendations for the new motherboard and any other parts you can think of

my budget is around $1000 and i need it to at least run the new elder scrolls skyrim, as well as other games
 
is 16 over 1k, but has 50 over the 3 mir's so it will be fine, and this should be able to max out skyrim i'd say, or at least get very close, and with the 2gb's of vram it will be perfectly fine at 1080p for the next few years since they are now using close to and sometimes a little over 1.5gb's in games like bf3
