Modular, 80PLUS Bronze, and Seventeam build, can't go wrong with it.

GPU: For all intents and purposes, this is the same exact GPU, just $50 less,and free shipping, its not hard to overclock a card 25Mhz on the core...

XFX has been really lax on their service lately, if you have a problem with your card you going to haver a headache... I'd choose another brand for now. Sapphire, HIS and Asus come to mind.
 
As for the graphics Card I think you should read some of the reviews first....
There are some really worrying ones... It probably wont happen to you but in my experiences you should always expect the worst
(well not the absolute worst because then you wouldn't buy anything but at least get a card with better reviews or one without over 10% of the users rating 1)

Like i have said in the past....never listen to newegg reviews, most people either 1) don't know what they are talking about 2)are a fanboy of a different company or the biggest one, 3) Where users only leave a review if something negative happens as they think of it as some type of "recourse" against the company. Most users do not take the time to write positive reviews, and instead only write reviews when something went wrong.

Although, XFX has had their fair share of warranty related issues recently, and i prefer sapphire, HIS, Asus, or Powercolor to XFX for ati cards.
