New GAMING Desktop

Hey guys.
I'm thinking about buying a desktop with these specs:

Processor: AMD Phenom II X6 1055T
RAM: Crucial DDR3 1333MHz 8GB KIT, CL9
Graphic Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 6870 1GB GDDR5
Is this a good setup?

Would it be better to replace the CPU with AMD Phenom II X4 975 Black Edition?

It's only for gaming! Especially Diablo 3 :D
 
Better to use intel and nvidia and a higher speed ram but that would be a nice set up still u don't think it would max out new games with a good framerate but it would pRob play them at like a medium setting
 
A 955 is a good deal, cheap and good enough for gaming.

About Diablo 3, maybe, but since the game is not out, no one knows the specs it needs to run. And this would max out most games. Maybe not Battlefield 3, but a lot of games. It's a good setup.
 
I've seen Diablo 3 gameplay and coupled with the fact that it's a Blizzard game, I can say that you will have no problem maxing the game out, even at full HD. Blizzard games have never been demanding.
