10 easy steps to get you pumped and bring gaming to the next level!!!

OK, I for one thought it would be really cool to listen to music during game play to bring the right mood to it, like headstrong while playing Call Of Duty 2. Here how,

1. You need a double male adapter wire

2. next you plug one end into a headphone jack (its hard to see but the green wire is going into my headphone jack on the speaker)

3. you need a headphone splitter

4. Connect the free end of the wire into the female port on the splitter

5. Next, you will need headphones

6. find the unused female adapter on the splitter

7. Plug the headphones into the unused female adapter on the splitter

9. Find the male adapter part of the splitter and the female adapter of the MP3 player

10. Last but not least, plug the male adapter of the splitter into the female adapter of the MP3 player

UT2004 has a music player built-in to the game. So I just have to select which files I want to play. :P

Nice.
But i play music and turn CSS or some game on and see the song iam playing *lcd screen on k-board* switch tracks play and pause and stuff with my G15

^^^ true, but I have no G15 and games I play dont have the options to play your songs...although my warning sound for system overheating is the penutbutterjellytime song...lol

Me neither, I wish i had one though :D Anyways, I like your idea because you can change songs without alt tabing out of the game. For me, I usually make a playlist of my favorite song, and have itunes sitting on my 3rd monitor so I can tell what songs next.

Thanks. I improvised. Sound is always crystal clear, and in multilayer it really gets you going! :D I wish this thread could get pinned. That way all people would be able to see this and it wouldn't fade over time. :(

Cool thing is, you can customize it to you liking of weather the music is louder or not and vise versa. Do you think if I contacted a mod if they can pin this thread or clip it or what ever like the 101, and folding threads are?

I doubt it.
