So I bought this new uhhh gaming pc. Ryzen 5 2600 cpu, radeon rx 580 gpu, 16gb ram. It's pretty good. Everything booted up fine, I'm pretty(emphasis) sure I downloaded all the drivers, I don't think I missed anything. But, it's running F-ing slow. Not sure if it's my internet (9.3 download, 4.3 upload, also not connected by ethernet) or what. It should run any game on high settings, but it struggles to run stuff like Minecraft or even Happy Wheels. Any help is appreciated.

Internet is not required to play Minecraft or Happy Wheels as far as I know. This seems to be a computer issue. Did you buy this pc online or through a person or build it yourself? Open device manager and check for any missing drivers. Did you install the chipset driver? Without more information on what exactly its doing its hard to tell you what is going on. Windows 10 will install the video driver automatically, though you might want to check version installed to make sure its the latest.
