Heatsink: Zalman 9700 series is old. get something newer. You could save some money by dropping the CPU down to a 955BE and just increase the multiplier to get the same speed.

I would not trust powersupplies that come with a case, theya re generally low quality even if they are from antec.

So I finally built my new PC and here are the specs:

Antec 1200 case

I did a 3D Mark Vantage test using 1680X1050 resolution and got like 14000 points. Is that normal? Also I am not seeing much of a change in computing power than what I had before. For example unzipping, opening programs etc. How can I check my PC performance to make sure I am getting what I paid for? Thanks.
