I'm building a new gaming pc and i need some good advices about the hardware. The budget is 2000-2500$.

I want that the computer will be quite as possible.
Ther is any recommendation about cooling?
The power supply is enough?

Repalce the 2700K with a 2500K and use the saved coin and get a better PSU. Corsair 750W would be ideal.
 
NZXTs are made by either silverstone or seasonic, can't remember which. And it has 62a on the 12v. He could do a lot worse.

That being said, the corsair tx750 is $85 after promo code on newegg, and $70 if you get the $15 rebate.
