Please tell us you didn't already buy it prior to asking :(

What games are you hoping to play?

A couple of notes:
-The motherboard you selected (AM3+) is incompatible with that CPU (FM2).

-If you're going the APU route get at least a 6600K. It comes with twice the CPU resources and 33% more GPU cores

-The Geforce 610 is completely pointless for this build, even the iGPU of the APU (read, integrated graphics) would be a lot faster than what that card can provide.

id agree, save a little more if possible and get a better mobo, cpu and definatly a gpu atleast something like a gtx 660 as the gtx 610 will play hardly anything and might aswell stick with the inbuilt graphics.

personally id get something like a 6600k like mentioned above.

buy cheap now and you will want to be upgrading very shortly so save up more if possible and get something that will last you a good while.

GTX 660 is a two year old card and it was pretty slow when it came out with the 660 Ti being the 'mid-range NVIDIA gaming card' (but the 7870 was still better and cheaper). I think you mean the GTX 760?

to be fair the gtx 760 would be quite a bit better but in terms of it the 660 is a good card and will still be a hell of a lot better than the integrated graphics. I was just thinking of his budget that was all. and yeah the 7870 is better and cheaper, myself i dont have much knowledge with amd hardware. I have always been intel and nvidia personally.

Yeah but it's a two year old card and the 660 Ti was faster than the 660 anyway. But I wouldn't recommend either for a low-budget build. Instead get a used 7870 or 7950 or even 7970 or buy a new GTX 760 or R9 270X.

the gtx 660 and 660 ti are both still pretty good cards and will play most games on high settings, sure there not the best but depends on their budget. they picked a £50 gpu so i doubt they will be wanting to spend £200-300 for a 760 or a 770.

but if possible they want the best they can afford.

Yeah true. I'm not saying that they are dreadful and are to be avoided at all costs - I'm just saying that considering you can get 7950s and 7970s for £100-150 used these days a GTX 660/Ti seems a bit of a bad choice when most used 660/Tis cost about the same.

true, a used 7970 would be many times better than a 660. a used one your looking at £150-£200 which if he can stretch to will be a pretty good system.

But remember too that an APU CPU is probably going to be a bit of a bottleneck with a 7970. Ideally he needs AM3+ and an FX-6300 if his budget can stretch that far.

Unless your budget is really tight I wouldn't get an APU setup. An FX 6300 or if you can afford it an FX 8320 coupled with a GTX 750 TI or higher or R9 270 or higher. What's your budget? There's a lot of things wrong with your set up honestly and I would just have us start from scratch and build up.

Plus the power supply in the list is junk. You can get a better quality EVGA for close to the same price. For the build a 100 bucks on a keyboard seems overkill.

So OP planning to spend $90 on keyboard, but $400 on the machine??

Anyway, for $400 budget, I would get intel G3258 instead.
