Tried this, and what Ninja said about the RAM. Wasn't either. My last option is to test this out in another machine when I get the chance.

Edit. Could it be my processor....?

Oops, scratch that last comment. I guess it does support it. I missed it the first time looking. However, its possible you need a bios update as you need to be running the latest version to support the 860k. It's probably running 7903 v10 and you need to be running 7903 v11

Buy a supported processor and then update it.

John... You are right! +1..... Started searching about the 860K and A88XM and I guess the BIOS doesn't support it....

Really stupid that I'm gonna lose money on this.
 
That's what I meant.... The socket is the same and it's supported but the current BIOS won't "function" with my CPU... Needs to be flashed and can only be done with an APU...
 
I hope I didn't miss it someplace in the thread but you did try one of the other display outs on the card right? My old 6950 would not display anything unless I plugged it into the right display out.

Yep... Tried DVI, and HDMI... Come to the conclusion that it IS the mobo/cpu and not the GPU. BIOS needs to be updated and should be completed within the next week..

GD my neighbor... He's a IT Specialist, but not always accurate.

Amazon wouldn't ship it until tomorrow so I canceled. Would have been able to send it back anyways lol...
