New Graphics Card on system with integrated graphics?

I don't see any specific information on the motherboard, but if it has an internal PCI Express x16 slot, then you can certainly add a graphics card, yes. If you're looking to get a powerful card you will also need to upgrade your power supply.

From what I can see I think it does, cheers.

Ah crap didn't factor that in. Posted a thread on this forum a while ago about looking for a desktop, gave me some info on PSU.

Oh also have you any idea how outdated a Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400 processor and 2.66GHzNVIDIA GeForce® 9800GT. 1GB graphics card are?

Learning things about desktops as I go, but still getting a bit lost ha..

The C2Q is a few years old but still a good processor. The 9800GT is a bit outdated but should run fairly recent games.

Great, thanks a million. Theres a built rig with those specs and 4gd ddr3 for 330 euro. Should be good enough for college work and some gaming I guess! Could upgrade components at some point too I guess?

EDIT: sorry it has a 450 watt psu, if that helps judge the upgradeability, and a ASUS® P5G41C-M LX, G41 motherboard
