Ok, my laptop has died (i guess thats the technical term) and i believe that the harddrive is the problem. Therefore I am seeking to replace it, but i do not know what i am looking for in a replacement and dont want to risk buying a none compatable HDD. Im not sure what to put down as info on the current HDD, so if you need to know just ask (preferably in instructions which can be correctly interpretted by a complete novice).

Well it could be a battery leak such as the rechargable battery and the 3v battery.
Or it could be the HDD And MAybe The Motherboard It doesnt matter what brand of battery or the OS Its running
Pc's Do Weird things And Sometimes Even Fix There Own Tech Probs So Yea U Mite Want to get Technical Support on that So Yea The last thing you could worry about is the HDD Its Bassicaly For Memory... And Well The Second Most Important thing Well Hope I Helped
