I plan on getting a new Harddrive, and starting fresh, with a copy of Vista 64bit, since I am on 32bit. I want to know what I should do with my Games, like COD4 and CSS, will it matter how many computers its installed and accessed from? Cause I use my Laptop with the same account and just want to know.

you mean: can you install them on more than one computer? the answer is yes. they dont check that stuff except with windows, and even with windows they just ask you to type in a new product key if you call them lol
 
Yeah, well I'd get a whole new drive and OS version. I just have had a bad experience with Battlefield and this situation, but I guess thats different.

Steam only allows you to be logged into one account at a time, and play one game at a time. You can have the installed on both and switch between them, although it will keep asking you to re-enter your password.
