The most likely explanation is that you didn't delete all partitions when reinstalling and there was more than one primary partition. Difficult to fix now without starting again.

Boot to the windows 7 dvd then choose to delete all existing partitions and then repartition and install windows. Another thing to is... if you have a card reader installed, unplug it until after installation.

if i do that wont i lose all me existing data?
and if now how can i delete them?

Then back up your data before deleting the existing partitions. You delete partitions where it pops with what drives/partitions are available. All you do is highlight and click delete or advanced options, I can't remember.

Once data is backed up, I would recommend disconnecting all non-OS drives (to make sure you don't make any mistakes), delete all partitions. Create a new single partition. Then delete it. Install windows on an unpartitioned drive, it will do what it needs to do automatically.

I will not be overclocking like a maniac

At this stage you should support your local computer technician imho. To be honest without somehow remotely connecting or being at the computer, its very hard to diagnose these issues.

Sorry mate.

If you cannot do that, buy a new HDD (any one that is new, cheap is fine).

See if you can install OS correctly on that, if you can great. You know the original drive or sata interface is faulty.

Ensure you have the correct bios settings for the hard drives, ensure you voltages and frequencies are correct for RAM.

Keep all else default.

Install OS if you can.

else; goto 10

How do u mean install OS correctly? The only thing you need to do is insert the CD "press any key" chose language, and wait for it to restart and then it will come to "starting windows for the first time....." then chose Pw, internet and so, if thats what u mean i already did that.
I have my Orginal Sata HDD right here that came with the computer....

How do i fix the settings in Bios? and RAM how do i fix that?

If it helps i can Make a video of everything i do?
Step by step?? if it helps?
