New hardware, now my computer keeps freezing

SSD have the latest firmware? (It should since my Force 3 did when it came)

But I'd check the drives to make sure they're not bad. Memtest may do that, but I'd run a check with a hard drive diagnostic test. For the samsung drive, use:

http://www.seagate.com/support/internal-hard-drives/desktop-hard-drives/spinpoint-f-series/

go to downloads, and download the Seatools for windows.

I don't see any diagnostics for corsair, but if the Seatools detects the drive, do a scan of the SSD also.

I'm sure it is, but just checking... The windows is all legit, correct? Not pirated or anything?

If nothing there, then your CPU is running too hot. What case is all this in?

I ll look over the drivers once this test is done, 2 more hours to go. Im on my 3rd test now and all is okay, so I don't know if its too soon to tell, but I think ram is okay.

I ll look over the driver test you suggested, thank you. And yes window is legit.

The case this is in is in NZXT Phantom white version, Im running 120mmx2 fan as intake on the bottom side, where hard drive is at.

On side panel 200mm I'm also using it as intake

back 120mm exhaust, and 1 200mm fan on top of the case as exhaust, so i think i have a decent air flow going, all set at maximum power

I think you may have an issue with your power supply or overheating if it just randomly turned off....

It may overheat as it may be under quite a bit of stress. Could be a motherboard problem perhaps.

Even I'm getting kind of confused about what's happening now. :(

Yeah it would appear the motherboard is bad. Isn't it too late for you to send it into RMA now? :(

im not sure, maybe. Today is exactly the 14th day of return policy, techincally i bought it at 9pm of 14 days ago, and still i have 7 hours till 9pm xD

If you put it that way I still have time, but apperently many people fixed the problem by updating the bios to the new bios f7 they released in the may 11th.

I don't know what I want to do now, im gonna try updating to bios f7, and see if it is fixed. I really really am hoping it would be fixed, damn you gigabyte for releasing such unstable board. So frustrating

Well the funny thing is my Dad has the UD5H and it's working fine for him, and he's updated his BIOS, so I'd say go ahead and do it...

doing it now haha, i really hope this fixes it, if not Im gonna be a frustrated customer. I been a gigabyte user for 3 generations of computers I made, and this is gave me the most problem yet

It's just one bad experience. Every now and then they'll make a bad batch of boards. All the manufacturers do it. Kinda annoying though. :/

Yeah, always bad expereince, I really wish this will work. The place where i got this board from is out of stock, and the next best thing is asus z77 sabertooth which is 50 bucks more lol, so im hoping this will work.

Just updated to f7 now, and according to many many forums there were people with this motherboard that had same problem as me. Mostly people who bought it at release, (im one of them) which came with bios f3, released in march during beta testing.

I like to wait until there are a lot of reviews on a motherboard before I buy so I have an idea of what I am getting into. Let other people figure out the problems if it is new hardware. I suggest you do the same in the future.
