new here and i have a problem "BSOD"

Hi everyone I got this problem a year ago it (blue screen of dead) came once a while, but now it came often maybe twice a week. Last month I throught my computer doesn't have enough ram only 256mb, so I go buy another 256mb ram, and I have install to my computer, but the BSOD still coming. So I hope you guy can how me.

what are your system specs? does your computer do this instantly when you startup? how often does it occur?

Q2: it wont happen when startup
Q3: It happen 5 times in past 4 weeks.
