Hello everyone, I found this site looking for some info, so I hope you folks can help me out. I'm needing some advise on upgrading my PC. I use it mainly to game and internet browsing. The games I play are BF3,BF4,farming simulator and such.

What I'm trying to find out is what would a good upgrade be? I have gotten mix answers on what to do and not to do. My PC spects are the following.

GPU--msi 7870 2 gb
PSU--650watt
case--NXZT phantom
HD--Samsung spinpoit F3 500gb

bluray
windows 7 64
 
Hmmm, if all would need is a new GPU and it gave a good performance boost...$400 to $450.

If I may ask why a better GPU?

BF3 and BF4 are very GPU oriented and it can keep you current for a little while.
 
Thank you all. So my CPU/MB/Ram is fine? Also if I were to just bite the bullet and go with a 780 will my CPU handle it? How about my 650w PSU? Would I need a bigger PSU?
 
What is the model number of the power supply? As long as its a decent quality unit, you are okay.
