I just finished building my new home PC and couldn't be more happy. See specs & pics for details. I was amazed at how this new machine smoked my old one which was running a Pent. D 805 OC to 3.6 built 2 years ago. I got this thing up to 3.1 GHz before getting nervous and ended up setting it at 2.4 GHz for now. Anyway, just wanted to throw this setup out there to give some folks an idea in case they wanted to build a similar PC.

What were your temps at 3.1Ghz? I see you are using the stock cooler... Very impressive for that CPU if the temps stayed below 50*C...

It was hovering above 50 which is why I backed it down. I may get a Zalman to cool it down a bit and try to speed it up again. I used the stock thermal as opposed to Arctic Silver which I had laying around but was too lazy to apply! Couldn't be happier with this setup though.
