new internet service

so we used to have a normal internet provider with a modem and whatnot and we had a wireless router. now we have switched to internet from our cell phone provider. there is an antennae that is connected through a usb port and a program lets us connect to the internet. the lady who sold us the antennae said that we can still have wireless internet and i was wondering if anyone could explain how to make that work

so you only have that reciever?

no basestation?

if thats all you have then no, there is no way to share the internet, unless the computer with the reciever is kept on all the time, in which case yes, you could use internet connection sharing
