Is there anyway to get a new IP or something that will scramble your IP or anything along these lines? Is there a program I can spoof mine?
 
maybe if you tell us what you exactly are trying to accomplish here. Even proxies leave foot prints and log your ip, there is always a trace back to your IP.

what is your utlimate goal with hiding your IP?
 
I consider (and always have) this to be against the rule... sorry guys, but its a judgement call.
