New Ivy Build: Which of these Gigabyte Boards?

I have socket939 system that has served me well but after 6+ years it is time for a new build. This is for both work as well as personal usage.

I need to order the parts by the end of this week and I have narrowed down the motherboard to one of the three Gigabyte options. Yes, I know there are higher end enthusiast boards but if I overclock it will be a very conservative overclock thus I don't need all the bells and whistles; just a solid build quality as well as reliability.

I have built systems and though I keep up with tech it is only recently that I have researched the Z77 motherboards in greater depth. Any help/advice will be most appreciated.

* Gaming, Word Office, some Video Rendering, along with email and internet surfing will be its primary functions. I'll be running a single video card. Since my budget is limited I've selected the following to consider:

Thanks.

Just as an update I went with a Gigabyte z77X-UD3H because Micro Center had this fantastic deal that if you purchased an i5-3750 @ $190 then this board could be had for $110. I also purchased 8 gigs of RAM for $40 (ten off the standard price).

I shop at NewEgg all the time but the Egg's price would have cost me a $120 more for these three items.

Thanks for all your input.

hey slacker, I cannot find a way to send you a message :0 I hope you read this. But the problem with my motherboard is when it was first launched it came with Bios F3. Which was a very very bad bios that made everyones new build crash every couple minute to couple hours. It was annoying as hell, mostly because I was trying to solve my problem, switched out my HD, memory, etc, but in the end found out it was bad bios.

Anyway I updated the bios to Bios f7, big update for me since I never looked to updating my motherboard, now it works perfectly fine.

That's because you cannot send PMs until you have reached 100 posts...

It doesn't matter which of those boards you get, I'd update the BIOS anyway.
