New Laptop 1500 budget

Hi im looking to buy a new laptop but with so many options out there im completely lost.
Ill be using it for photo editing in photoshop, playing HD movies through my TV, and video editing in adobe premiere. Budget is 1500 dollars or a little over it. Any suggestions? Even tips on what kind of processers/ram i should be looking at would be great...
 
If you want 15". get Clevo W860CU.

CPU - core i7-7XX or above
RAM - 4 - 8GB
Video card - GTX 460m/ ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870
