How do i fix it? or do i return it to the store, thanks!
The laptops fans are also very loud and no hot air is coming out since this problem! (but then again i havn't been using the laptop much as i dont want to damage it further)

i googled errors the error might be (i think, i remember seeing memory dumping)
problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
If this is the first time you have seen this Stop error screen. restart your computer. If this screen appears again Follow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new Installation ask your hardware software Manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continue disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shaddowing. If you need to use the safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press the F8 to select Advanced Startup options, and then select Safe Mode.

johnb35. You don't need to message him. He scans all the post since he was last on when he gets on. He will see it and help you. Just give him some time.

And the blue screen always dumps physical memory. That is what creates the error file to debug it.

anything can be fixed if we can find what is causing it. I would wait for john. I know almost nothing about bluescreens.

Your bluescreens are caused by your video card. Do you have the latest driver installed?

what is the make and model of the laptop? Your drivers will only be as new as they were when the laptop model first came out.

is this the same type of screen you get?

To get graphics card driver version go to Control Panel > Click System & Security link > Click Device Manager link > Expand the Display Adapters > Right click on your video card and select Properties then go to the driver tab > Look at driver version > Post it.

Also could be due to an overheating video card, yeah even with it being new. Download HWMonitor, click the DOWNLOAD NOW button. Save the file then install the program. After its installed open it and leave it running. Check it regularly to see if temps are excessive on any parts.

How much ram do you have? consider that windows vista is not so good with handling memory..
