New Laptop Please

Hi everyone this is my first post.

I am looking at buying a laptop. This is the first time I have stepped away from desktop pc's so I would be looking for a Laptop that could come close to matching that performance. My current desktop is dual core, so I'm thinking I should be looking at getting a dual core Laptop. I live in the UK.

If anyone has recently bought a new Laptop and is happy with its performance I would be grateful for any recommendations. Because I just want to be getting my moneys worth.

Budget: £350 max (would prefer to spend £320)
Requirements: 1. Performance. Plus Having a good Screen spec would be a bonus.

Go to newegg, Tigerdirect, cyberpowerpc, ibuypower or even hp and if your looking at doing gaming make sure you have atleast 8600 GT graphics card and 3 GB memory.

he is in the UK....

I would recommend something but i need a UK website.
