yes. def dvd burner, blue ray/hd would be a + but not nessassary.

i want 3-4 gigs of ram yes i have a 64 bit OS.
or a 2 gig 1 DIMM

17. The super drive with DVD +/- 16x in the Macbook pro is fine

18. 2GB will do but will soon upgrade to 4GB 667MHz

Congratulations... That was actually the laptop I was looking for after I read the first post... glad I just kept on reading though.
 
damn i've been looking at the picutres all nite drooling over it.. damnit y must 2 day shipping take so long! lol
 
the resolution on that is kind of small, but the video card and definetely the processor are great. and 4 gigs of ram on a laptop is pretty cool too lol. nice choice.
