New Laptop

The CPU isn't amazing, but it will work. The only thing that jumps out though is that OS. I would see about bumping up to 7.

My suggestion is that if you want to buy a new laptop, Dell is the best. Dell provides laptop computers, batteries, power cords and Its prices are below $ 50 and more than $ 800. You can get more information delllaptop.com Dell, buydell.com.

Ten minutes before this post you said HP is the best. Make up your mind, lol.

To the original poster, Asus has been the MOST reliable brand for the last 2+ years. Good choice! http://lifehacker.com/5524704/laptop+reliability-study-highlights-

i agree with daisymtc... on the core i3 & windows 7 part.

but i have a Toshiba Satellite A505 (i3 & win 7) and it is the best! got it for $630. comes with a 12 cell battery, 4 GB RAM, 500 GB hdd, 16" screen, Intel HD graphics, Wireless N, webcam, and memory card reader. Same features and better than the Dell for only 50 bucks more. In my opinion, the extra features FAR outway the $50 gap.

good luck
