Rosewill is pretty crap quality, it is newegg's house brand and built by some of the lowest quality OEM's using the cheapest chinese capicators and such they can.

Yes, i am, as they are known to be the lowest quality capicators there are. Taiwianese and japanese capicators are of far better quality.
