New mobo for Compaq Presario

I have a Compaq Presario SR1010Z, and I would like to get a new mobo for it. I have an athlon64 3400, but I would like to eventually get the 939 3500, so I could overclock well. What do you think of this mobo?

That mobo has 2 sockets, but does it support double proc?

no it only supports one or the other, in order to have dual processors you must have the same socket type, and they are different

Even the support for the 939 is sketchy as the HT is cut in half...
