New MOBO help

hey everyone I received my mobo today and while I was looking at the board I noticed on the back that there was a metal plate blocking the back of the CPU



and here's the front

how would I attach the metal plate for the aftermarket cooler to the back of this mobo?

Do you have a aftermarket cooler that has its own back plate? If so, you just remove the screws on the top around the CPU heatsink bracket, the plate is held on by the same screws. Some back plate have a sticky pad that holds them on, keeps them from just dropping off after you remove the screws, plus it keeps it from grounding out on the bottom of the board.
