New mobo suggestions?

Looking for a mobo for a Intel Core 2 Duo E2160, 775 Socket
I plan on OC this thing to 3 GHz.
Budget is around $150
Going to be used for gaming, and some CAD work as well.
Needs at least 2 PCI Slots and 1 PCI ExpressX16 (1.0 or 2.0)slot.
Just trying to get at least another year out of this thing before i upgrade to a new processor. (which i can't afford atm)

So, please, suggest away! :)
 
Doesn't matter if it's DDR2 or DDR3. I have 4Gb of DDR2 right now, but i have no problem upgrading to DDR3.
 
Yeah, i'm getting a E8400 for cheap off another user on here. Still uses a LGA 775 socket though.

And i personally am not a big fan of amd at all. Just a personal thing.
In terms of size, doesn't matter as i'll be grabbing a new case either way. I have a mid sized case atm though, so i'd prefer something that size, but again it doesn't matter that much.
