whats a good moniter is it better to go widescreen or stay normal but still flat screen.and then whats al lthis stuf bout the ms i herd that 2ms is good but i seen moniters that got for 1200 that have 30ms.some help please my comp strait gaming so moniter for good gaming would be nice.u guys been big help so far i have trust in alot of ya :).

Mine is a 19" Widescreen with 8ms response time and is fine for gaming. I recommend the new line of Samsung ones. The 22" Widescreen is a great choice for gaming and watching movies.

samsung, nec, sony, Hans-G, all good brands, then there are some brands that also make cheaper but still quality monitors, like viewsonic and sometimes acer

my recommendation is to go widescreen. currently i have a 17" NEC and the color is awesome, but the squareness leads me to believe that a widescreen would look killer in gaming

okay well i have to get moniter threw dell and they have that 22in samsung 2ms 3000-1 contrast and higher hrz than rest too but i read comments and thier was couple semi bad.any of u guys use a samsung widescreen 22in for gaming?

be careful if getting the 22inch 2ms Samsung one.... there are several types and one one is actually made by samsung, the others are made by cheaper manufacturers with a samsung badge on it.... no point paying top dollar for inferior quality. The samsung ones are also very difficult to find and the cheaper ones are rubbish so i hear

I have AND STRONGLY RECCOMEND, the ASUS VW222U, its a 22inch 2ms, 2000:1 screen and it is by far the clearest, most excellent screen i have seen to date. It is also a reasonable price and it is excellent for all purposes, movies, games, general useage....:D

well if any of u are free can u look up on dell wich ones u would pick ill get either a 20in or 22in one thanks. that samsung has 2ms and most of rest got 5ms or higher

The AU Optronics one isn't too far off the Samsung panels. By numbers, the Samsung is better in a few fields, but in reality, there is no visual difference.

id get that asus one he talkin bout but i need to get one from dell cause my mom got credit. so i guess ill stay away from that samsung. so is 5ms bad or no?
