New monitor is a bit dark in the corner

I just purchased a new Viewsonic VP2770 monitor recently, and noticed that the bottom right corner of the panel is a bit darker than the rest of the screen. A picture:

Is there anything wrong with the panel? It seems much more noticeable to me in person than in the picture above. It's brand new: like, less than a week old new. It was fairly expensive, and its using a Samsung PLS panel.

Did you buy it online or from a store? If it's from a store, I would definitely bring it back. If it's online, you will need to decide if it's worth paying the shipping to get it back to them (in most cases), pack the display up, and make sure it was packaged correctly so it doesn't get damaged during shipping and have the company decline the return.

I should mention, I have two 27 inch PLS panels; This Viewsonic VP2770, and a QNIX 2710. My QNIX had the exact same problem in the exact same areas.
