new monitor with 5870

Hey guys, I recently ordered a new build with a hd5870 and need a display to go with it. I am pretty picky when it comes to tv's and such. My personal tv is a sony xbr7 40". Here is the link to my thread,

I have been looking at the ASUS VW246H. I am not sure if I should go with a 1920x1080 or 1920x1200 display. This system will be used almost entirely for gaming. Any other recommendations, I would not like to go much over $300.
 
Funny I was just looking at that. I keep watching more videos and reading more reviews. I think Ima go with it.
 
Well I got the 26" and am loving it. A little color calibration and this thing is amazing. Only complaint is I need to sit a little farther back lol
