new monitors

ok well i see a lot of the new monitors coming out with the higher resolutions, and i have been told they will most likely sooner or later become the new standard kind of like 1080p is, but which one? 2560x1600 or 2560x1440? i see both and they are really close, but which one will end up being the better/more used one

neither, i think we went over this before and seem to rember their prices were too high for even you to consider :P

neither, using the future leaves no limit and i believe one day the pixels will be almost microscopic, or at least un-seable to the naked eye, so then the resolution wont exist and that will last for the rest of time, so that will be longer than the few years of the 2560x1600. :P

obviosuly it wont last forever, im just asking which will be the more common most used one for the next while?

i think it won't change for a while and generally the wider the more liked meaning the x1600 will be more popular than the x1440

oops, brain fart, well then the 1600, technically 1600 would be a larger screen since it is measured diagnoly, and since they are the same width then the taller would be more.

yeah but people still want widescreen not a square, depends how tall the 1600 is compared to how wide it is, like now yuo have the 1920x1080 and the 1200, most often its the 1080
