New motherboard help please

A newbie asking a question for their first post, what a surprise! :D

I've decided to upgrade my motherboard/case then once I've done that maybe some other components, I'm not great with computers so bear with me ;)

The case I am looking into buying is called 'Coolermaster HAF 932' (http://www.evilgaming.co.uk/product.php/coolermaster_haf_932_black_atx_case_no_psu_)

My current motherboard is some cheap £25ish ASUS board, it's very small and red...all I know about it :( (pc was built for me)

Anyway basically I need a new motherboard in the range of £50-£150 which is up to date/works with the Coolermaster HAF 932/works with -

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
4GB of RAM (not too sure on the details, will check if need to)
nvidia 9600gt
580W Hiper Type-M Silent
(+750gb hd and blu-ray/dvd drive but I'm guessing that they will work with all boards)

Purpose of upgrade is to update some components and to get rid of an old board.

It will support your CPU

It will support 800MHz RAM or 1200 if overclocked.

It will support you Graphics casd, however i would recomend you getting an 8800GT as it can be found cheaper than the 9600GT and gives better performance.

Notice it is £120, with p&p to UK it is about £130. With that extra £20 i would recomend getting a better PSU, the one you have chosen is cheap and probably not at all good becuase the ampage will be low, ampage is what you need to be looking at, not wattage

The mobo is also upgradeable. You can have up to 8GB of RAM, 2 nvidia graphics cards in SLI and 4 sata hard drives.

Another thing i would say, the tower you have chosen is good, but you can get equally good or better for about £40 less. look at this thread: http://www.computerforum.com/142496-recomend-new-case-please.html , there are alot of good recomendations there. They may not look like the other does but performance is still very good, they give the same size as the other and will probably give better performance too, but ofcourse, it is your choice, i am here to recomennd only.
