So im getting a new motherboard. but id like to know if the processor i have will work with the new motherboard..

Thats old hardware. It would be cheaper to get new components.

you guys know of any other sites besides newegg for combo deals? ive failed to find one that supports AGP and DDR

So im ordering a mobo. does it come with the BIOS on it and can just swap it out, or what?

The mobo should already have BIOS installed. It's rare that you have to flash your BIOS these days.
