New Motherboard

Ok, so I'm pretty sure that I managed to demolish my motherboard in a crazy freak accident  (being confirmed on a post in the motherboard section) and I'm looking to replace it. My current setup with the fried mobo is in my sig. I'm looking to spend no more than $80. I will be doing a little bit of overclocking (was running 13.0x at 220mhz I believe) with the CPU only. I am looking for PCI X16 2.0 support to keep me open for future upgrades. I would prefer to buy from the Egg. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

Tell me what you think of this:

Asus M4N72-E Nforce 750a

Amazing overclockabilty, 8+1 power phase, and sli

Or you could try the motherboard i have right now:

ASUS M4A78-E 790gx

Its an amazing board, the most overclockable options i have ever seen, Extremely stable, my kuma 7750+ @ 3,360 24 hours prime95 stable 64C avg temp. But there are negatives: the board is expensive, i got $20 on a combo deal with my proc, the setup is weird because the main pci x16 slot is the bottom one instead of the top, blocking all of my pci slots.

If you need something less expensive let me know ill find you it

Neither of those are within my budget. Thanks though.
