New Netbook problems!

Hi all,
(please bear with me on this dont know alot about it!)
just got a new net book but cant connect to the internet through my wireless hub.
the netbook has wi-fi and finds the hub but when i load up internet explorer it says cannot find DNS server.
also in the bottom right of the page it says local intranet instead of internet which i dont know how to change!!!
This is only a 7" net book with windows CE 6.0.
Can anyone help?????? - Really BUGGING Me!!!!!!

Go to Command prompt (CMD), type in "Ipconfig/all" and tell us what comes up.

Addresses should come up, displaying your Ipv4, DNS server, default gateway etc.. addresses. Does anything come up?

The netbook apparently runs Windows CE so it's not going to have command :P

So had you ever had it connected to your network? Can you view any wireless networks on it? I wish I could be of more help, but my closest device runs Windows CE 5.0 and lacks wireless (IE my hacked GPS)
